[Commercial Business Repairs]
Repaired commercial building built in 1905. Many repairs needed to be done and Sierra Remodeling could do them all from retaining vintage stained glass to the roof, shoring up the floors and other complicated repairs and other aesthetic repairs. Howard Richter (Sierra Remodeling) came highly recommended by the commercial inspector who inspected the building before we purchased it. So we know what repairs were needed.
Sierra Remodeling did a great job for us. Howard Richter the owner and the project manager Greg Tarrant carefully went over the building with the inspector’s report and addressed every issue. Greg paid strict attention to all details and stayed on the project until every detail was completed. Both Howard and Greg understood the value of maintaining the charm of an historic building.
