We proudly recommend American-made Swanstone sinks!

Sierra Remodeling and Swan offer high-quality innovative kitchen sink products and seek to heighten your homeowner experience through ingenuity. For more than 50 years, Swan has been a leader in creating innovative and affordable solid surfacing products at their manufacturing facilities in Centralia, Illinois.

It started in 1964, with the introduction of the Swan Shell Shower, a doorless, shell-shaped shower. Decades later, they introduced Swanstone, a revolutionary and compression-molded solid surface material. Since then, their Swanstone line expanded to include a wide variety of kitchen sinks, countertops, bath and shower walls and more. We offer these types of Swan kitchen sinks:

  • granite

Swanstone Impact Test

Swanstone Your Strongest Choice:

Swanstone products add a touch of elegance to any home. Wall panels, shower floors, vanity tops, and kitchen sinks are made of high-quality Swanstone — a non-porous, solid surface material that is up to 5 times stronger than other solid surface materials. It resists stains and scratches and easily works with any design and budget. Sierra Remodeling has been installing Swanstone for many years and, many Swanstone products are covered by a 25-year limited warranty.

Swanstone Bake Test

In this video both vanity tops were baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. It demonstrates the heat resistance of Swanstone which makes the product a great solution for newly remodeled Sierra Remodeling kitchens!

Swanstone Chemical Test

Both vanity tops were submerged in acetone for 24 hours. This demonstration proves just how non-porous Swanstone material really is. Swanstone is a non-porous, solid surface material that is up to 5 times stronger than other solid surface materials.

Swanstone for your family’s comfort

Swanstone sinks are composed of a proprietary blend of polymers and pigments, with aluminum trihydrate (ATH) as a filler ingredient. The sinks are fiberglass reinforced, and manufactured using a compression molding process at high heat and pressure to help ensure even distribution of their decorative aggregate particles.

Sierra Remodeling notes what Swanstone composite sinks are not made of as well. Swanstone products are Greenguard Certified, which means the sinks contain no carcinogens or toxic materials and will not emit volatile organic compounds into the air.

[Kitchen remodel] [Bathroom remodel]

Over the past few years, your company has done several remodeling projects for me. I wanted to convey my appreciation for the great work done by Jim Lawrence and Larry Jones.

Jim is an excellent project manager. His comprehensive work before the project even begins and efforts to understand his customers have led to minimal cost overruns and projects that are exactly what we wanted.

Larry takes great care in ensuring things (are) done right and aesthetically appealing. And he works incredibly hard.

We are so pleased with the bathroom and kitchen these men worked on. And we were also very pleased with the remodeling experience. It was not stressful at all, with these men working on the project. We regularly refer people to your company, to these men.
