We will take this opportunity to discuss our customer service and, we will make sure that the project meets your expectations. We will review the specifics of the project and, we will listen carefully to your comments and concerns. Rest assured Sierra Remodeling will address any concerns you may have and offer solutions. We want to make sure that the look of the room and, just as important, the feel of the room aligns with your vision.
We actually prepare for your final walk-through well in advance. As soon as we reach 80 percent completion of your project we create a “punch list.” This ensures we get the final details in order so we deliver your project on time and on budget. Typically our punch list can include:
- Paint touch-ups on walls and trim
- Polyurethane touch-ups on floors
- Cabinets hardware
- Dusting, cleaning and shining
- Appliances operating properly
- Inspect windows and doors
- Warranties and keys
- Final inspections and certificates
We pay attention to the smallest of details and document them on our punch list to ensure your final walk-through is successful.
Finally, we will discuss with you the durability and quality of the materials that we used in your project. Additionally, we’ll explain the operating of your new appliances, windows, shower systems and how to use the new technologies in your home. Even faucets are radically different these days. We won’t end the walk-through until we are confident that you can safely and reliably operate all of the new and unique features of your beautiful home!

[Commercial Business Repairs]
Repaired commercial building built in 1905. Many repairs needed to be done and Sierra Remodeling could do them all from retaining vintage stained glass to the roof, shoring up the floors and other complicated repairs and other aesthetic repairs. Howard Richter (Sierra Remodeling) came highly recommended by the commercial inspector who inspected the building before we purchased it. So we know what repairs were needed.
Sierra Remodeling did a great job for us. Howard Richter the owner and the project manager Greg Tarrant carefully went over the building with the inspector’s report and addressed every issue. Greg paid strict attention to all details and stayed on the project until every detail was completed. Both Howard and Greg understood the value of maintaining the charm of an historic building. The project was finished in a timely manner and I was able to open my business very quickly after purchase of this historic building. I highly recommend this company.
