We will take this opportunity to discuss our customer service and, we will make sure that the project meets your expectations. We will review the specifics of the project and, we will listen carefully to your comments and concerns. Rest assured Sierra Remodeling will address any concerns you may have and offer solutions. We want to make sure that the look of the room and, just as important, the feel of the room aligns with your vision.
We actually prepare for your final walk-through well in advance. As soon as we reach 80 percent completion of your project we create a “punch list.” This ensures we get the final details in order so we deliver your project on time and on budget. Typically our punch list can include:
- Paint touch-ups on walls and trim
- Polyurethane touch-ups on floors
- Cabinets hardware
- Dusting, cleaning and shining
- Appliances operating properly
- Inspect windows and doors
- Warranties and keys
- Final inspections and certificates
We pay attention to the smallest of details and document them on our punch list to ensure your final walk-through is successful.
Finally, we will discuss with you the durability and quality of the materials that we used in your project. Additionally, we’ll explain the operating of your new appliances, windows, shower systems and how to use the new technologies in your home. Even faucets are radically different these days. We won’t end the walk-through until we are confident that you can safely and reliably operate all of the new and unique features of your beautiful home!

Your company recently completed design and installation of kitchen cabinets in our home. We would like to express our appreciation for a job well done with special thanks to two of your employees:
Otto Richter – Otto worked closely with us making knowledgeable recommendations and modifying our sketches several times as we selected woods, colors, and finishes. He did an especially outstanding job in designing a non-standard accent cabinet that fits the available space and looks great. He is easy to work with and provides a clear and concise proposal/contract.
Bruce Sponcey – Bruce was the primary installer. We believe that due to his expertise and attention to detail we have an excellent cabinet installation. In addition to the normal installation and trimming of the cabinets our installation required enlarging both openings in the oven cabinet and extensive customizing for the accent cabinet. All efforts were expertly accomplished. He too, is easy to work with, he is punctual, and he has an outstanding work ethic.
Both of these individuals were interested in providing the best installation possible and are commendable representatives of your company.
Doing business with your company through these individuals has been a pleasure and we highly recommend you to our friends and neighbors.
