After the Remodel
Final Walk-Through
We will take this opportunity to discuss our customer service and, we will make sure that the project meets your expectations. We will review the specifics of the project and, we will listen carefully to your comments and concerns. Rest assured Sierra Remodeling will address any concerns you may have and offer solutions. We want to make sure that the look of the room and, just as important, the feel of the room aligns with your vision.
We actually prepare for your final walk-through well in advance. As soon as we reach 80 percent completion of your project we create a “punch list.” This ensures we get the final details in order so we deliver your project on time and on budget. Typically our punch list can include:
- Paint touch-ups on walls and trim
- Polyurethane touch-ups on floors
- Cabinets hardware
- Dusting, cleaning and shining
- Appliances operating properly
- Inspect windows and doors
- Warranties and keys
- Final inspections and certificates
We pay attention to the smallest of details and document them on our punch list to ensure your final walk-through is successful.
Finishing Touches
Finally, we will discuss with you the durability and quality of the materials that we used in your project. Additionally, we’ll explain the operating of your new appliances, windows, shower systems and how to use the new technologies in your home. Even faucets are radically different these days. We won’t end the walk-through until we are confident that you can safely and reliably operate all of the new and unique features of your beautiful home!

[Bathroom remodel]
We recently had to have our bathroom remodeled and a tub changed to walk-in shower. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the following for a job well done:
Scott Miller/Project Manager who guided us through the work from estimate to completion and even checked on the work after it was done. David Tovares/Plumber extraordinaire. Tom Sprague/Carpentry & Drywall. Emilio Encinas/Trim & Finish Carpentry. Adam Hall/Painter who was so patient when we could not decide on the wall color. Shawn Abel/Labor. Dave Shank/Cultured Marble.
This is a remarkable group of men who not only take pride in their work but are a delight to do business with. We are most pleased with our new shower and are grateful for the quality work done by these gentlemen. Please feel free to use your work here as an example of your quality work.
